I grew up in typical American family where boys and men are supposed to be strong, smart and achieving, and never show emotions. I was skinny, dyslexic, and loaded with weird ideas, and liked to play just for the sake of playing!

To cope and get along, I vowed to be that boy I was supposed to be and turned into that man. But by the time I was in my 30s, there was no part of my life what wasn’t work and a struggle. I was becoming exhausted!

Then I discovered energy medicine, and found that there was a different way of seeing who I am and what my deeper purpose is.

I also developed a system to help others to live their life purpose, something that everyone can use.

Now I am running the business of my dreams, the Rhys Thomas Institute, helping thousands of people to find what their passion is and do it.

My relationships are thriving, and I haven’t been this healthy since I was a teenager!

This is why I am so passionate about sharing my new book, Discover Your Purpose, and helping all those people who are tired of the daily grind—the one that looks good on paper but doesn’t live in their hearts.

In classes attended by people all over the world, I’ve transformed thousands from being lost, confused, and over-worked to having lives filled with purpose and ease.
